An attorney for Nick Sandmann, the Covington Catholic High School student who was vilified after a confrontation with a Native American activist went viral last month, told Fox News on Thursday that the celebrities, media and other groups who allegedly defamed his client “need to be punished and they need to pay a high price for what they did.”
Todd McMurty, the co-counsel for Sandmann, confirmed they were considering legal actions against dozens of people and groups on accusations of defamation, slander and libel.
“We are identifying people that may be libel. And then we’re sending out what you call document preservation letters,” McMurty said on the “Todd Starnes Show.” “These letters are designed to put people on notice... So we sent those to about 52 organizations that include celebrities, national media sources, Catholic diocese that were involved in this. So all those people have received notices.”

And where is the Senate’s punishment for Diane Feinstein for withholding important documents on Prof.What’shername against Kavanaugh,then unleashing it after the questioning was over, deliberately to obstruct matters? Did the cheesy prof go to jail for lying about and slandering a good man and then changing her voice and her memory afterward? If not lying, then prove something. Otherwise slander. And accepting millions in GoFundMe money?

Good for old Leroy Lincoln Wood, who was once upon a time declared Atlanta’s “Most Eligible Bachelor.” He’s a colorful guy!
I’m not entirely sure that, if push came to shove here, some hefty left wing “angel” won’t step in and advance the thesis that modern mainstream news is entertainment anyhow and shouldn’t be held to more.
And now Sandmann will be left suing nobody but his own church, something the bible says not to do.
This was started in a Christian manner. It needs to be finished in the same manner.
I think there is a good chance that the USSC will excuse the newsies for their impressionistic (even though highly wrong and inappropriate) reaction to what they saw, and Sandmann will be left suing his own church against biblical counsel.
Being misunderstood and not reacting in a rage is a uniquely Christian thing because it connects with the astonishingly forgiving Christ. The result is that Christendom can simply walk away from hell, which God will permit to destroy itself under His own wrath.

The problem is, when they pay that “high price” in dollars, it allows them to issue a non-apology apology and a business write-off in advertising costs for our domestic enemies.
