I can't honestly judge any of Zero's speeches. The very sight of the face of that POS pressed all my buttons for rage. Why waste my time getting mad at listening to all his blatant lies? So for 8 years I only got a whiff of anything he had to say. I avoided the rest like I would avoid the putrid stench of sewage or decaying flesh.
