Infanticide Abortion May Be Only the Beginning: Who else in society may be inconvenient?
American Thinker ^ | 02/04/2019 | Brian Joondeph

Once upon a time, leading Democrats, such as Bill Clinton, wanted abortion to be "safe, legal, and rare." Given the reality of Roe v. Wade and the unlikely prospect of it ever being repealed, this stance on abortion had been the status quo in America for decades.

Nevertheless, abortion remains a thorny political and social issue. Democrats, not following the admonition "perfect is the enemy of the good," have doubled down to the point that reversing Roe is not now so far-fetched. Not satisfied with a contentious truce between the pro- and anti-abortion factions in the U.S., the left wants to rub the noses of most decent Americans into new levels of legalized barbarism.

The latest push from Democrats, perhaps emboldened by winning the House last November, is to make abortion "unsafe, repugnant, and common." Several states, including New York and Virginia, have pushed abortion to the limits of humanity, by legalizing, or attempting to do so, literal infanticide, killing full-term babies up until and including at the time of delivery.

All this in the name of "choice," ignoring the potential choice of the new human being to live – a baby not at all different from the babies filling the newborn nurseries at hospitals across the country.

Late-term abortion, a euphemism for infanticide, at least in the case of recent legislation in several U.S. states, is permitted in seven countries. Only Canada, China, Netherlands, North Korea, Singapore, the U.S., and Vietnam allow elective abortion past 20 weeks, with the Netherlands and Singapore drawing the line at 24 weeks.

Thus, only four countries, aside from the U.S., permit full-term abortions. Two of those countries are China and North Korea. It's interesting that those are the countries Democrats want to emulate.

My other theory is that this is a stepping stone. Once infanticide is legalized, state by state, it soon becomes acceptable to America and is the new norm. This is much like the analogy of slowly boiling a frog. The temperature rises slowly enough that the frog doesn't realize that it is cooking until it is too late. Is that what is happening with this push to eliminate inconvenient babies?

Who else in society may be inconvenient? Perhaps the elderly, the disabled, and the infirm, those not contributing to society, not paying taxes, instead acting as a drain on government dollars that could be spent more productively, at least according to the views of many in the ruling class.

“Who else in society may be inconvenient?”

Oh, that’s not who they plan to massacre. History already tells us that Communists tolerate NO DISSENT and THAT is who will be euthanized “for the good of society”.

Translation: all who oppose the Statist gangsters.

I am certain the founders are looking down from heaven and wondering why we allow the Supreme Court to dictate the law on such questions as abortion and marriage.
They have no legislative power.

The Nazis didn't start out with sending trainloads of Jews to the gas chambers. That was just a "natural" progression.

NOW is the time to speak up for those members of society who are vulnerable (like little baby boys and little baby girls).

Let's be brutally honest here and see this for what it is: The Germans may have lost World War II, but the Nazis sure won.

This has nothing to do with partisan politics here in the U.S., either. Some of the earliest state laws permitting abortion were signed into law by Republican governors (e.g., Reagan in California, Rockefeller in New York), and Planned Parenthood's Federal funding has continued unabated under Democrat AND Republican control in Washington.

There is HOPE!!! Town hall delayed amid childbirth-abortion backlash
‘Due to security and safety concerns’
(BREITBART) — Virginia Democrat Del. Kathy Tran has postponed a legislative townhall amid backlash over a bill she introduced that would allow a woman to request an abortion even as she is about to give birth.
An announcement from Tran and her legislative colleagues, state Sens. George Barker and Scott Surovell, said their town hall scheduled for Saturday, February 2, in Lorton, Virginia, would be postponed “due to security and safety concerns.”

If the citizens of the commonwealth of Virginia have decided they may want to choose to do some post birth abortions, who are these Delegates to stand in the way?

As a fundamental Christian, I see Abortion as a violation of God's law and the full term legalization is outrageous. I have trouble believing God is going to let the US get away with this.

That said, there is an overriding secular code that we reached with the National Socialist Government (NAZI's) in Germany in the 1940's which represents a limit US Government officials and their supporters ought to be concerned about.

Contrasting the Nazi's who hung and the Nazi's that escaped execution, the overwhelming majority of the death sentences went to officials who were most directly involved with the extermination programs.

Sadly, infanticide is defacto legal already. I refer to decisions of hospital ethics boards to withhold treatment for infants THEY deem to have little or no chance of survival. “Little” includes not just prospect for survival but quality of life. These decisions have been made against the parents’ wishes.

Some high profile from overseas have made news but it happens in the U.S. too. So far the reasons for such decisions are medical. But like abortion which was once restricted to therapeutic reasons infanticide will soon hang on the same arguments given for abortion. It is a logical progression. We must be aware that this will not stop at infants but will at some point include the disabled and the elderly and even the politically expedient.

Elderly Whites are next. They will deny payment for medical care to keep Whitey alive. They will pay for “dignified exit.”

Do not doubt me.

As I wrote in my Biology final, to my pro-abort college Prof in 1976:

And soon we'll have gov't driven euthanasia and your flu will have lasted a bit too long. In come Hitler and the master race.

He wasn't happy.

One warning that came decades ago:

“You are a member of the first generation of doctors in the history of medicine to turn their backs on the oath of Hippocrates and kill millions of old useless people, unborn children, born malformed children, for the good of mankind —and to do so without a single murmur from one of you. Not a single letter of protest in the august New England Journal of Medicine. And do you know what you’re going to end up doing? You a graduate of Harvard and a reader of the New York Times and a member of the Ford Foundation’s Program for the Third World? Do you know what is going to happen to you? . . . You’re going to end up killing Jews.”

Always follow the money. Jews as a group were the most successful, like the Kulaks in the Soviet sphere. Statists always go for the money! Armenians, as well, were the merchants of the Ottoman Empire...
