SuperBowl halftime is directed at women viewers. Brainless ones, mostly.
I do not agree with that. I am a 68 year old woman and I hate all the half times with all the people strutting around, loud “music “ and flashing lights. I leave the room and bring back dinner after half time is over. It is ridiculous. My husband hates it, too.
Our son in law watches pro football and college football as he drinks himself into oblivion. He never watches any half times. Usually passed out drunk by then.
Our sons, daughter, daughter in law never watch pro football, basketball, baseball. They never watch college sports either. Sports have all gotten too commercial and the loud untalented half time shows didn’t cause them to come back and watch. We always watched sports when our kids were growing up 1980s and 1990s.
My team, Houston Oilers, disbanded years ago. So we watch a Houston Texans.
But at our house, one man and one woman, the half time show sux.
And the game is reserved for the intellectuals?
