Trump opened Turnberry during the campaign. In the ceremony he said they the paid for all the construction there with cash flow. Think about that. NYT is counting on everyone forgetting that.
I don’t think the Trump organization has a money problem requiring them to beg for loans.
Of course he’s going to try to get the loan without secured assets if he can swing it.
