Looks like a construction project of a tall steel slatted fence in progress somewhere on the border.

Comes pre-rusted from the yard. Its probably Cor-Ten steel. It is "weathered" (surface rust) which then protects the steel from corrosion.

Months ago we were told of a 20 mile section of wall to be built from El Paso west from the Rio Grande River into the New Mexican desert.
I would suggest the video is of the construction of that new wall segment

Corten as an architectural element was popular when it was first introduced. As I recall, the first or at least very early building was in atlanta and also had gold reflective glass. The architectural combination was striking

Thanks for the continuing photos of what is occurring on the border. Some inadequate barriers are being replaced and many new barriers are going up as I post this. Other contracts are being finalized to start this month.
People forget that the CR of 2017 gave some 1.4 billion for border protection, without stipulation on how used. With CBP and Border Patrol input, Pres. Trump started back in early 2018 after all the eminent domain, wall types, area priorities were addressed in 2017
Those who say nothing is being done are wrong! However, Trump does need more money for completion in critical areas. Since he won't get it from Pelosy, I'm good with using US Code, declaration of national emergency, or just use the DOD money and personell. Also, he now has an agreement with Mexico to take care of the asylum seekers, which is the main problem, and more on the way.
If CNN, MSNBC, and other News orgs did an unbiased job, they would have reporters down in Mexico and Central America where new caravans are forming. They can't play deaf, dumb, and blind, and claim this not truly a crisis of invasion. Europe has experienced it and are just now starting to revolt against their insane migration policies. YELLOW VESTS FOR AMERICANS! Let's join the real resistance.

The whole project must be finished by May under the contract, but they can earn a performance award for early delivery. The good Construction Project Managers get contracts doing three things. 1. Hands of by those wanting the construction done and on time. 2. They get bonuses when they finish ahead of time. 3. They get startup pay, pay during construction and the bonus pay if the job is complete on or before schedule.
