A group of girls in Guam made history today as the first official all-girl troop to join Scouts BSA, the organization formerly known as the Boy Scouts of America. Starting February 1, all girls in the U.S. can officially join the Scouts.
"We wanted to land on something that evokes the past but also conveys the inclusive nature of the program going forward," Chief Scout Executive Mike Surbaugh said of the new name. "We're trying to find the right way to say we're here for both young men and young women."
Girls who join Scouts BSA will "learn from the same program, earn the same merit badges and achieve the same advancements that boys have earned for nearly 109 years in the Boy Scout program," according to the BSA website. Perhaps most importantly, girls will now be eligible to achieve the Scouts' highest honor - becoming an Eagle Scout.
The parent organization of Scouts BSA will remain known as the Boy Scouts of America.
But while some girls are excited to join the boys, the change complicates the already-strained relationship between the Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts of America. "Girl Scouts is the premier leadership development organization for girls," said Sylvia Acevedo, the Girl Scouts' CEO. "We are, and will remain, the first choice for girls and parents who want to provide their girls opportunities to build new skills ... and grow into happy, successful, civically engaged adults."

When the group formerly known as Boy Scouts folds, will the Girl Scouts admit boys?
Scouting was one of the greatest contributors to American freedom and accomplishment, for 108 years. It’s sad that the globalist left murdered Scouting, but they probably had to kill it off as an obstacle to the tyranny they dream of.
So the girls get both the Girl Scouts and the Boy Scouts, and the boys’ only option is a corrupted version of the Boy Scouts filled with girls and boy-seeking homosexuals.
Not good.
Can boys join the Girl Scouts???
Girls were in our Cub Scouts last year.
Honestly I don’t MIND the idea - it’s not “immoral”, per se. Just a total break with a century-old tradition. The homo thing is much worse. But this was basically the very last straw for me.
And besides, seriously, what are they going to call themselves? How about “People Scouts”? (To borrow a counterpart to Max&Ruby’s silly “Bunny Scouts”.)

Girl Scouts would be a “target rich environment” for 13-14 year old boys...Hehehehe
But they are probably biological males?
Not really true. There are alternatives of boys only, and there are co-ed groups from a long while back. Campfire Girls became just Camp Fire.
The girl scouts will never admit boys - just like all girls schools don’t admit boys. Double standard.
That is a very economical summary of the issue.
Awaiting the first Boy Scout summer camp conception and pregnancy.
Band camp is a totally different thing.

But in reality we all know that they are really known as the “Queer Scouts of America.”
They should, because they’re angry about BSA’s move. So if they think it’ll suck out all their girls, maybe they should open it up to boys.
