BAMN is not a “civil rights group”. They are an insane Communist cult.
That is the difference between Leftists and Conservatives.
We may detest and despise the KKK and other such organizations for their words, but if it is words only we defend their right to say them, as repulsive as they are.
The Left not only has no forbearance or observance of the 1st Amendment rights of those they disagree with, but hypocritically defend a group like Black Lives Matters which has openly called for violence against law enforcement.
I did a counter protest against the Westboro Baptist people outside Arlington National Cemetery, and as filthy and disgusting as their signs were, I didn’t perpetrate violence against them, as did none of our group.
That is why in this case the Leftist were the terrorists in this and the KKK members were the victims. Pretty simple.

By Any Means Necessary - that was a weekly column carried in the Trotskyite “Socialist Workers Party” newspaper, “The Militant” by black communists of the SWP including Mohammed Oliver, Sept. 21, 1984, “Capitalist greed, racism are killing Black babies” (about the issue of good health care for blacks, esp. babies) which included these sentences:
“We should follow the Cuban example. We need to make a revolution that puts workers and farmers in political power...”
. BAMN is a standard Marxist fighting concept to be used to overthrow capitalism, PERIOD. Keep this in mind when you read anything about BAMN.
BAMN also had a banner or two at Ferguson, Mo. and possibly Charlottesville, Va riots. Photos of those banners were posted by FR observers. I’ll try to find the articles and list them later.
The group “Property of the People” is just what I thought it would be, another Marxist, anti-internal security organization hiding under the guise of “Transparency” discovery of govt intelligence operations information.
It looks, sounds, and smells just like a successor to the Communist Party’s “FOIA, Inc.”, a “transparency” front named “Freedom of Information Act, Inc.” Don’t have the names right in front of me but it was headed by people close to the CPUSA. It’s close-time relative was the “Committee for Public Justice”, founded by former CPUSA member and still sympathizer Lillian Hellman, and aided by CPUSA id. member lawyers and other mixed reds and far-left liberals.
The fact that one co-founder and POTP counsel is an admitted member of the old cited Communist Party USA legal front, the National Lawyers Guild (NLG), gives you a good idea just how far to the left they are. While the NLG is no longer under direct control by the old CPUSAers (most of whom have died), it definitely has CP influence and has trained a lot of new Marxist lawyers to wage legal war against America’s internal security defense organizations and laws (and quite successfully).
There is so much published about the NLG that it would take another hard drive to list all the evidence of them being a Soviet-created organization in the 1930s (the US version of the Soviet’s International Red Aid group) to their creation of a youngster version of the NLG in the Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR, not the rock group). Among the creators of CCR were William Kunstler (Chicago 7 lawyer, adulterer, mob lawyer (Rhode Island mob - Raymond Patriarca, the $500,000 fee was too much to resist); Arthur Kinoy, longtime communist who later tried to form his own Marxist party, NCIPA/Independent Political Organization; id. CPUSA member Morton Stavis; possibly Kunstler’s younger brother Mike who died young - his replacement radical and anger management candidate attorney Phil Hirschkopf (a “movement” lawyer); and Peter Weiss, suspected covert CPUSA member and possibly a Soviet/Hanoi asset due to his connections to radical groups in Africa and his role, along with his Hanoi-loving wife, Cora Weiss (Mobes, WSP, PCPJ, COLIFAM, Friendshipment and the Riverside Church’s pro-communist anti-disarmament program of the later red clergy William Sloan Coffin).
Re POTP, two of its top 3-4 leaders came out of the Georgetown University Law School, a law school that was radicalized through some of its teachers over the past 30 years. They included Rev. Father (Rep.) Drinan (D-Mass), a real psycho who violated Congressional rules by illegally going into his own folder in the files of the House Internal Security Committee of which he was a member.
Drinan promised a group of Communist Party/sympathizing lawyers that he would do everything he could to destroy the old HCUA/HISC but he was ousted off of it for his illegal behavior and the then Pope gave him a choice, stay a priest and leave politics, or give up his clergy status and remain. He left (he was always LEFT).
Another law professor was David Cole (CCR), a hardcore radical who is now a leader of the ACLU’s anti-intelligence campaigns. Cole is smart, shrewd, and an effective speaker if you don’t know how to read his real Marxist-oriented intentions.
Remember, Sandra Fluke, the “birth control” advocate and later congressional candidate (who lost big time) was attending GTU Law School when she and Russ Limbaugh went at it (Big mistake on her part).
There are other radical professors at GTU to the point that you wouldn’t recognize it from the 60’s/70’s when it was a leading school on Latin American/Foreign Affairs ( I own part of the Dean of the School of Foreign Affairs (or similar name) personal library which they sold off. His name was Edmund Walsh and he was one of the leaders of the “foreign affairs/studies” departments in the DC system, the others being Catholic University (Religious affairs, including Latin America; Geo. Wash Un. - School/Dept of Sino-Soviet Studies, the late Prof. Franz Michaels heading it along with Prof. Charles Moser; and American University’s “School of International Service” where I studied.
You wouldn’t recognize those programs now and some of their teachers are hard core Marxists (including AU’s former psycho Marxist professor Brady Tyson - LA).
Meanwhile back to POTP.
Someone needs to research POTP’s creator organization, “The Sparrow Project”, one I’m not acquainted with.
The former FBI agent mentioned in the story who reviewed the documents that POTP got thru their Transparency project, Mike German, is either teaching or working at the far-left Brennan Center (for Justice). It is as hardcore Left as you can get in that area, superceding the leftist John Jay College of Criminal Justice/Law.
Re BAMN leader Yvelta Felarca, I believe she was recently sentenced to some hard time in jail for criminal assault and battery (Berkeley riots sounds familiar). She is a real psycho radical.
