Democrat Delegate Kathy Tran, who submitted the horrifying legislation that would have allowed babies to be murdered even after birth, also filed legislation to ensure the sanctity of life for “fall cankerworms.”
Tran filed “H.B. 2495 Fall cankerworm; spraying prohibited during certain months,” a bill that would protect the lives of caterpillars and other insects during certain months, on the same day she filed “H.B. 2491 Abortion; eliminate certain requirements,” the defeated legislation that would have made it legal for a new mother to give birth, then determine that she does not want the child and have it killed.
H.B. 2495 would protect the lives of gypsy moths, cankerworms, and other insects that may carry diseases harmful to humans, by preventing pest control spraying for them between the months of March and August.
Tran received nationwide backlash for her abortion legislation this week, and it was only escalated when Virginia Governor Ralph Northam endorsed the legislation, and described the bill further

Kathy Tran is lower than a cankerworm’s belly.
I believe this event will have a massive impact on the dialogue of abortion in this country. The Left let the cat out of the bag. There are a lot of Americans who were either ambivalent on the issue of abortion or lukewarm supporters/opponents and who are absolutely disgusted by the mad embrace towards what can be described as nothing less than infanticide.
At my workplace we rarely discuss politics and NEVER discuss the politics of abortion and the news in Virginia was the first subject mentioned. It was brought up by a 20-something female who was absolutely horrified. She just needed to talk about it and vent.

This craziness is forcing nominal pro-aborts to decide side of the fence they should really be on.

She is no more viable than the babies that would be just as viable if they were not killed just before being brought out of the womb. So, if it’s okay to kill a baby, why wouldn’t it be the same if she were aborted?
The language being used in the NY ‘abortion’ law and that of the Virginia law, is completely wrong and out of place:

I think her family fled from Communist Vietnam but she’s continuing to spread it here. That’s not how fleeing a communist country is supposed to work re the new free country.
Time for the Virginia Vietnamese community, which has been pretty rock-solid against communism, to rise up and “shame her” or even “banish her” from their ranks.

WOW. Bugs have 6 months of protection. BUGS. That's 2/3 of a fetus's existence.
Shouldn't there be a season when murdering babies is illegal? Such as, abortions are illegal May through Oct?

Maybe an added law is needed. Anyone who aborts a child shall have their tubes removed also.
