The tip off is in the live feed of the arrest. The FBI shows up at 5 am with guns drawn, only to encounter the CNN crew, and no one bothers to go over to ask them who they are, what are they doing there, and to warn them to back off. The FBI showed up knowing perfectly well that the CNN crew had been tipped off and would be waiting there to film them.
