Exactly.

I worry a lot about the spread of multiple drug resistant bacteria. There are researchers looking at ways to overcome drug resistance, but it will be a while before any of that research translates to clinical practice. Meanwhile, the resistant strains keep spreading.

And the highest correlation with resistance is not the antibiotics used but the failure to complete the course of treatment
