The hosts of "Fox & Friends" on Monday apologized for showing a graphic saying Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is dead, blaming a control room error.
The graphic, similar to those marking the deaths of other famous figures, briefly showed a photo of Ginsburg and the dates "1933-2019."
"We need to apologize ... A technical error in the control room triggered a graphic of RBG with a date on it," co-host Steve Doocy said later in the program. "We don't want to make it seem anything other than that was a mistake. That was an accident."
"We apologize, big mistake," co-host Ainsley Earhardt added.

ALL of the main media put together material in ADVANCE for expected developments. Some poor schmuck simply made an error of putting the wrong graphic up.

The LEFT cannot fathom Trump electing a “Conservative” to replace her!!! Remember First Lady Edith Wilson assumed duties after October 2, 1919. Very few knew what was going on.
The obits and film montages for anyone the Enemy Media deems to be ‘important’ are already written and revised weekly in case the Dems need them to move to action quickly, making the most out of any crisis.

Technically it was in error though there was nothing technical about it. Fox is attempting to insult our intelligence.
Yes, they all do these graphics in advance....but why?
Is it really that important to be the first to put up the graphic that someone is dead? Really?
It only takes a few minutes to make these. Why rush and then have these accidents? It is poor business.
These obituaries and tributes are constantly kept updated Wiki-style and are always ready to go at a moment's notice.

I saw a promo for the “LEGO” movie featuring a legofied RBG. Hopefully the movie producers will find themselves in an uncomfortable situation as the movie opens in theaters.
