I don’t see Trump or the dems budging.
However ... the Republican controlled Senate? At some point they cave.
And that’s likely what the Democrats are banking on. They know the Senate GOP will eventually cave and force McConnell to act. Which will certainly doom both Trump and the Senate in 2020.
