It's called Criminal Recidivism ...... Most of the arrested criminal aliens in this country have re-entered across the border Multiple Times .....
.... Heck ..... Short of having a Firing Squad for offenders ..... The ONLY way to stop this Criminal Recidivism is to have an actual physical barrier to prevent their re-entry ......
