Maybe some infrequent posters do not know but the right way to post articles is to use the original title, for just this reason.

Not necessarily. What he is saying is, of course, nonsense. But when it comes to impeaching a president, any ol’ reason will do. And that’s because the House is the sole decider in such matters. And this author just gave them a reason, a jumping-off point.
The big question is whether or not Pelosi and Company will accept such a reason, and then try to sell it to the American public. I think they will.
