We need a Constitutional amendment requiring Congress to have a budget in place before they or their staffers can be paid.

Add the caveat that wages not paid due to lack of budget cannot be paid retroactively. In other words, the bozos on Capitol Hill and their minions have, so far, forfeited 2 weeks worth of their 2019 salary.

I'm sure that Occasionally Coherent would love that, given her whining last month about finding a place to live in DC.

This was a big story on the Denver news a few days ago. Colorado has a lot of small breweries.

I used to get that stuff at Weingarten’s grocery in Houston. It was made at the Spoetzle brewery in Shiner.

The federal government shouldn’t be involved. Time to deregulate beer.
