Just for reference ... The entire east side of Vatican City (only 109 acres, btw) is wide open. The wall was built during the 9th century to keep Saracen pirates out. It was partially opened as the Muslim threat receded.

Zoos have walls. The liberal PETA group should complain that the animals are being denied their freedom to roam.
Walls do NOT work.
That’s why put them around prisons.
