I've wondered about this, on occasion.

What does a doc do when a trans (read:fake) man comes in and asks for a prostate exam? Or a trans woman demands an annual gyno test?

They can't do it, but to say so will get them sued. To say they did it, will get them sued. And to pretend along with the pretend-genders ... violates all sorts of ethics, and will likely get them sued.

No wonder docs are quitting the profession.

There are medical treatment options that are gender specific to the point of being hazardous and even life threatening when used on the opposite gender.

So if some guy comes in claiming to be a woman, and all the tests show early prostate cancer, the doctor CANNOT diagnose it as prostate cancer because women don’t have one.

So I guess the mentally ill man will just have to die.
