It is a large project but who says it will be quick?
The only thing we know is that the sooner it begins, the sooner it will get done.
However, over time and even since that 2015 Environmental Assessment, I am certain that a massive amount of work has been done to survey and analyze every mile of the border.
Studying and analyzing every mile of the border was necessary even apart from building a wall.
Meanwhile, the courts have already denied the environmental challenges.
Having the funds to do it would be a good start.
With that in mind,is it possible Trump is stalling for time?
Like you suggested there is a lot to it...including legal battles and so on.
