Twitter ^ | January 11, 2019 | Sebastian Gorka

Posted on 01/10/2019 9:15:55 PM PST by Trump20162020

Multiple sources tonight tell me Ruth Bader Ginsburg is not even in DC, but in New York and preparing to step down from the Supreme Court.

Yes, but will her corpse be on display in the Capitol Rotunda?

As a Jew, will her services be held in the National Cathedral?

“Over the Trump wall, the dems are willing to shut the country down. Over the next Supreme Court justice, they are willing to BURN the country down.”

Dems do not have the votes. But I will bet that Schumer will try to trade the border wall for a Dem pick to SCOTUS.

He could but I kinda doubt it as they must kill this wall business.

He doesn’t. They’re adult age, now. Too old for his particular (redacted).

There was a vacancy through 2016 that Obama nominated someone for. He didn’t get confirmed.

Yes, the advice and consent clause. When the Senate refuses to take up a President's nomination, it means NO CONSENT. Case closed.

:: Why on earth would they move her away from her apartment recuperating except for some serious reason? ::

Because her daughter doesn’t want to have to phone in her last wishes for her mom and leave the personal touch to lawyers at the time of death.

Sound familiar?

Does the head of the judicial committee have the power to stop a Supreme Court Nominee from moving forward?

Laura Ingraham, who has better sources I am sure (as she was a SCOTUS clerk), heard from sources a year before Kennedy stepped down that he was going to step down in 2017. He did not, he stepped down in 2018. Grain of salt on this one.

It also was a curious place. Wish we knew where it was filmed.

“He doesn’t. They’re adult age, now.”

Well, then grandchildren, if they’re straight at least.

It’s a weird mindset to hate conservatives SO MUCH that you’re willing to throw away the future of the country over it. And over what? Someone talked bible versus to you when you were in college, or something? (not you, obviously)

It’s just a WARPED MIND, unable to accept inputs that they see every day, all around them. Like Europeans watching their countries transition to Islam...and thinking: “Well it’s better than that right-wing party who wants to close the borders to ‘those in need’”.

:: they would have a cut-out file an injunction in a friendly Circuit ::

The longest continuous section of exposed border is in Texas.
Texas is federally adjudicated by the 5th Circuit Court.
The 5th recently ruled ACA (ObamaCare) unConstitutional.

Those are the rules of the Senate. We’ve respected those rules in the past.

Well, that would be a lousy deal for us.

I would still like to see Trump ram it up their RAT butts and nominate Ted Cruz.

Scripture says otherwise in multiple places; the righteous also suffer.
