Multiple sources tonight tell me Ruth Bader Ginsburg is not even in DC, but in New York and preparing to step down from the Supreme Court.
don’t worry, Norman will have her rocking in no time.

Laura Ingraham, who has better sources I am sure (as she was a SCOTUS clerk), heard from sources a year before Kennedy stepped down that he was going to step down in 2017. He did not, he stepped down in 2018. Grain of salt on this one.

Texas is federally adjudicated by the 5th Circuit Court.
The 5th recently ruled ACA (ObamaCare) unConstitutional.
Those are the rules of the Senate. We’ve respected those rules in the past.
