There’s a lot more where that $12,000 per year comes from. It’s called, deficit spending added to the national debt. Never runs out of money.
Of course, the cost of everything then goes up the same amount, pushing the decimal over one space.
Giving everyone 12K a year simply results in the cost of living being 12K a year more, across the board.

There’s a story about a couple of grade school kids who ran for class president. One had worked very hard and did all the right things. She thought she would easily win.
The other didn’t really care if she won or not so she said “Free Ice Cream For Everyone If I Win”.
The classmates couldn’t see past the free ice cream so she won by promising free ice cream.
The people in our country are pretty much that dumbed down these days. Most don’t know the first thing about civics or duty or why leftism/Islam are the worst ideologies in the world.
The moral of the story is this dem probably read the same email story and said to himself; why not give it a try. Americans can be really shortsighted and stupid that way. After all obama won after a failed first term.

Under 18 years of age....22.6%
65 and older.............15.6%
He is leaving out 38.2% of the population of 325,758,108.
That leaves approximately 201 million Americans that would receive $1,000/month which would cost $201 Billion/month.
Even if the VAT tax was successful in raising $500 Billion to $1 trillion, it wouldn’t even pay for 1/2 the year.
Do we hear $1500 dollars. ... /sarc
