Reagan didn’t take any s-it from the air traffic controllers union when it directed its members to strike. He fired them all, and re-hired non-union workers to take their places because their absence was endangering the lives of U.S. citizens using the airlines. Some of us are old enough to have remembered that one. Trump should take note. This Congress is so complicit in granting rights to illegals over U.S. citizens that they should all be arrested for sedition and treason.

“before the court orders have a chance to hit.”

Let them enforce it. Trump can just
ignore any court ruling. It’s up to
Congress to offer resolutions to end
a national emergency, and Trump can veto
those if they’re not conducive.

What ever happened to layoff benefits....

They considered it a furlough so I expect rules are different. A massive firing would have different rules but the guberment would not do that.

Schumer had a better hand to play in December when the Ryan bill with the border wall funding was on the table.

Now he has nothing but grandstanding, threats, and insults.

>Why is Chuck Schumer there?
>I thought the Republicans controlled the Senate.

We needed them both together for the American Gothic meme of course.

Trump doesn’t need to put himself in the position of ignoring court orders. Too many RINO’s would love an excuse to impeach.

Which is exactly why the military should plan on building as much and as fast as possible in the first few hours or days.

The Senate has the power to impeach judges that act improperly. Trump should eventually start recommending that particular judges be impeached.

The only way Trump is going to get a wall is via and EO with Military assistance.

They can originate in the U S Senate. The HOR would have to pass something and the two would have to be reconciled and voted on again by both chambers.

I recall that.... nobody thought Reagan would actually fire the controllers, that was a jolt enough, but then he re-hired non-union workers ta boot! I loved it!

“Totally ignore the Court” — yes, long overdue to have a confrontation between the Executive and the Judiciary.

The Democrats know they will lose their banked upon demographic shift if Trump is successful. Scummy people.
