The federal government is reinforcing the southern border after hearing reports that a new caravan of migrants is set to leave Central America by mid-January, intending to travel north through Mexico to the United States.

The 12 established entry points at the southern border are to be reinforced, she continued, as will the surveillance of 379 illegal crossings that have been detected.
The federal government’s new migrant policy establishes several requirements for migrants, such as providing personal information that includes biometric data, the reason for their entry and official identification, Sánchez said.
Anyone who fails to comply will be deported.
All requests for entry are to be processed within 72 hours, and should conclude with the issuing of either work permits or humanitarian visas.

Paging “chulosi clown team”. Please report to Mexico’s southern border for a lesson. So, if there were thousands of American citizens flooding across the border into Mexico, what would Mexico’s response be? Just sayin’. Or say folks from canaduh making the arduous journey seeking warmer weather across the states for Mexico.
Looks like Mexico is building their own wall. No visa for America= no crossing of Mexico and deportation.
Part of the new NAFTA replacement agreement should have been a requirement that Mexico stop the illegal immigration on their southern border and on the US Mexico border. If Mexico fails to protect our border, begin applying 50% tariffs on Mexican products.

The US Military has the communications equipment and procedures and personnel to support operations on the US southern border.
There is really no question if the US has the national backbone to do the right thing. Control of the border is a moral imperative.
