I’m shocked CNN reported it, and fully expect it to go absolutely nowhere. “Please sign here to quit your job.”
They don’t represent us. They represent themselves. They have made this crystal clear.
They could write it so that current members are not included. That would certainly give it a higher chance of passage.
But the “us” still can’t figure it out, based on November 6 returns. Of course the returns may be highly fraudulent.
