All three are above the danger line, cause may problems and should be illegal. Alcohol is the worst, but they all qualify as too dangerous.

I wouldn’t go that far.
But since it is a fact that the brain is not fully developed until around 25.
Perhaps the legal age should be 25-27?

Using that type of standard, most fuels and even electricity should not be allowed because of the potential danger each of them possesses if misused.
Even fire is dangerous.
