In Texas, you can vote straight ticket. Fortunately this will no longer be allowed in future elections. This group if women judges won their Democrat primary races. If not for Beto-mania, this would not have happened
That would be the results of straight ticket voting in Harris county, 70 million dollars can help bring out the stupid vote fairly quick.

Harris County and Fort Bend County both saw straight ticket Dem voting. Every single county seat up for grabs went to the Dems.
They knocked out some good R judges and replaced them with BLM judges. We’ll see what happens.
They weren’t elected because they were black.
They weren’t elected because they were female.
They weren’t elected because they were more highly skilled and had a better campaign message than the opponent.
They were elected because straight party Democrat voting put them in office.
There was a massive ousting of Republicans from city offices in 2018.
Can you imagine the meltdown if a group of local REPUBLICAN women formed a campaign/group called "White Girl Magic Texas"?
Might just have to happen, now that there is a 'precedent'.
