What qualifies as white?

I saw a movie once where the bad guys determined race by a good slap to the face. If a hand-print could be seen then the slapped person was white.

When I studied nematology, we would cut off the rear ends, smash them on a slide and look at patterns for classification.

I always thought sitting everyone on copy machines and record the patterns would be as good as any human classification.
