IMO, DRUDGE joined DEEP STATE and is working against PRESIDENT TRUMP.
Drudge, Fudge, Sludge.
Whenever anyone mentions Drudge I tell them to check out FR. I haven’t checked DR in years.

What is wrong with Drudge?
The Drudge Report and World Net Daily were the first conservative websites I found when I got my first home computer around 1997.
Dropped WND probably 15 or so years ago and finally quit Drudges site a few years ago.
Took him out of my “lineup” about 2 months ago. I can get all the bad news I need everywhere else, don’t need his site.
“Yellow Journalism” is what has happened to Drudge. He’s no different from the mainstream media, he’s being provocative to be noticed. He panders to the mob. At bottom, he is an inflammable dolt.
The Drudge Report is the original clickbait site.

The 20 wealthiest Americans back the Democratic crimebsundicate. Perhaps they’re colluding to mess with President Trump economy.
I gave up on WND about 20 years ago. They were so overloaded with ads, etc. it took forever to load.
I honestly don’t know how anyone goes there. I’m using Firefox with an ad-blocker.
Drudge is definitely working for the other side it appears.
It was one of my main sources up to the 2016 election. Now it is the same as MSNBC or CNN/

Correction...stock in Drudge fell SHARPLY, around this and other conservative websites, many months ago.

I suspect that Drudge has been put under pressure from the left. Awhile back, I had to update the Drudge app on my android and there was some kind of spooky notice that the app was “under review” by Google apps and may be dropped. Did Google make him an offer he couldn’t refuse?
MD told AJ that he “had a good run”. Almost sounded like he sold it. This was many months ago. It’s when MD was sitting in the dark, off camera. Didn’t want his face shown.
I didn’t blame him. Now I’m wondering if there were several reasons.
Whatever it is, a lot of people have noticed what is going on.
My experience is similar to yours. It was 20 years for me, in the fall of 1998.
Freerepublic has become my home on the net.
The amount of information on this site tends to be high, for nearly any subject.
Jim Robinson and Freerepublic have saved the Republic at least once, likely several times.
That is not hyperbole.
The first, clear time was during the attempt by Florida Democrats to steal the presidential election in 2000. The street protest event against Democrat cheating was organized and sparked on Freerepublic. It set the Democrats back on their heels. They could not believe conservatives were demonstrating and using tactics they thought they owned. I believe Al Gore would have been president, if not for Freerepublic.
Consider the U.S.A. rallying around Al Gore as they did around Dubya Bush after 9/11.
It would have been the end of the Republic.

Yep, the ads and pop-ups are bad enough but they’re also kinda nutty. I also use Firefox and AB.
