Special Counsel Releases Original ‘302’ of Michael Flynn Interview [FBI lied--not Flynn.]
Breitbart News ^ | December 17, 2018 | Joel B. Pollak

But the 302 (here) presents Flynn as eager to provide information to the FBI about his interactions with Kislyak. He told the FBI agents that he had called Russia and other countries to ask where they stood on the UN vote, "not any requests of, 'hey if you do this'."

He also told the FBI agents he had not discussed the Obama administration’s impending actions against Russia and had not been informed of them at the time of his call with Kislyak because he was on vacation in the Dominican Republic without access to television news or a working government-issue smartphone. He also said he did not recall specifically telling the Russians, via Kislyak, "Don’t do anything."

Per the article

“The heavily-redacted report was, curiously, prepared three weeks after the interview itself — and two days after Flynn resigned from the administration, as Sean Davis of The Federalist noted Monday.”

Enough of this sh*t. That judge has vacate that guilty plea and dismiss the whole case. Also, those 302s were due within five business days and one wasn’t submitted for months.

I know what the title says but flynn is saying he lied.
The judge is sick with that. I think he’s looking for a way to nail mueller but if flynn doesn’t recant I don’t know if the judge will be able to throw out the conviction.

The judge doesn’t have to accept the plea. He can dismiss with prejudice and slam the prosecutor for abuse

Flynn may not win this one, although it’s the most stupid prosecution to date. The 302 have been provided, and Flynn has agreed that he lied. My problem with the 302 is that they are authored by, edited by, agents whom have attacked the incoming POTUS and misused their positions. Therefore, the 302 is only as good as the person writing the story, and that isn’t very good. I would toss the guilty plea as a judge because the evidence presented is tainted by the investigators, and they won’t provide another agent to collaborate the account of a dismissed agent, and the senior agent has also been dismissed for misconduct.

1) Flynn's 'lying' to the FBI consists of his recall of a phone conversation to his Russian counterpart that took place while he was on vacation in the Dominican Republic, as compared to the wiretapped verbatim transcript of that translation.

2) Flynn pleaded guilty because he has spent his life savings, and sold his family home to finance his defense, and has run out of money. Mueller threatened to prosecute his son if Flynn did not take a plea bargain. Broke and in fear of having his son ruined in the same way, he plead guilty.

3) Judge Sullivan has the authority to vacate the guilty plea and dismiss charges against Flynn. We shall see today if he does that.

The way to put a stop to this to order all FBI/ all ferderal agents to wear body cams and video record all interviews.

A lot of people are convicted of so called lying to a federal agent instead of the original crime.

He can, and I hope he does and goes a step further and holds mulehead and his team in contempt and sends the Federal Marshalls to present them to the slammer.

He won't do that, but it is my Santa's Wish.

Muleass announced two previously sealed indictments on those involved with Flynn yesterday to send the threat to him. Agree to the plea deal or get indicted. Meanwhile when the fblie interviewed clintoon they virtually kissed her ass at the same time over an actual crime.

“Flynn pleaded guilty because he has spent his life savings ...”

Has Flynn said that?

The way to put a stop to this to order all FBI/ all ferderal agents to wear body cams and video record all interviews.

Then they wouldn't be able to submit bogus 302's on interviews that never actually took place.

Read about it:

I'm no expert in FBI procedures, but no one I've read has still adequately explained why the FBI uses this 302 process to begin with. This is 2018!! Are you telling me you can't use a recording device for an FBI interview? When you are looking at investigations with possible jail time and/or fines should we not be absolutely clear what is said? How is it not better to have a recording, than just the FBI interviewers recollections?

“The way to put a stop to this to order all FBI/ all federal agents to wear body cams and video record all interviews.”

I WAS going to say... Record yourself! Then YOU have the evidence, unredacted.

Then, I remembered ... Why in hell are you talking to authorities AT ALL?

One word ... “LAWYER”. And just hope your lawyer isn’t a Michael Cohen.

NEVER talk to police. NEVER! They are trained in how to ask questions to get you to implicate yourself.

They have “the guns”, don’t give them the ammunition. Let them find their own.

Not talking makes you look guilty? NO! It makes you SMART!

Remember ... “We’re from the government, and we’re here to help you”. NOT!

Really good point. The second FBI Agent has disappeared. This is an Obama/Clinton tactic. Just like they hid everyone in Benghazi. Judge can and should dismiss because the witness has no 302 Report and can not be confronted by the Defense/Counsel. Lets get these cases moving and cleared. Comey and Meuller should have been in jail a few years ago. Now they plot against us with impunity.

Has Flynn said that?

Circumstantial evidence - it says on FR that he sold his house & personal belongings to pay his lawyers. One usually doesn’t do that if one has Buffet loads of money.

Can the judge charge Mueller & group with Obstruction of Justice? Seems to me that Destroying evidence is also a chargeable offense.
