That looked like a really safe neighborhood and it probably is. But two little kids with no weapons robbing an adult woman? I don’t know about that.....I wish there were more to that video
More of a grab and dash than the typical strong arm style robbery.
Kids talk to the woman to put her at ease...they’re just a couple of pre-teens asking a question, maybe need directions, right? - once her guard is down, grab the purse and run. Leap in the car and speed off.
Car was stolen. Want to guess as to how old the driver was?
They had it all worked out; spot, follow, position for escape, approach, the line, weapons(?), the grab, failed attempt drill, escape. Young as they are, these are not amateurs.
If they live to be bigger, they will just assault her (or worse) and take the purse.
No mercy.
