The curious case against former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn gets even more curious as Robert Mueller doesn’t deliver the FBI notes (FD-302) from the January 2017 interview of Flynn, as requested by Judge Emmet Sullivan, and instead submits notes from an internal July 19th, 2017, interview with FBI agent Peter Strzok.
The filing by the special counsel team (full pdf below) is a must read.
The special counsel begins their filing by criticizing the approach taken by the Flynn defense in the defense sentencing memo; and attempts to validate/justify their charges against the accused. The details in their response to the judge’s request tell quite a story.

Where did Joe Pientka’s FD-302 notes go? They are not in the responsive filing despite the judge’s request. Instead what we see is that FBI Agent Peter Strzok was interviewed internally by the FBI on July 19th, 2017.
The FD-302 notes of that interview were written on July 20th, 2017 and submitted for entry on August 22nd, 2017. This is around the time that Strzok was working for the special counsel, and Robert Mueller was informed of the strongly biased text messages retrieved by the DOJ inspector general.
Mueller deliberately refused to comply with a Judge's order.
He should be arrested for contempt.
Federal Marshalls should be instructed to go to Mueller's offices and immediately seize all files.
That is what I recommend.

It’s obvious that Mueller et al. completely fabricated their evidence against Flynn. Mueller should be hauled before the judge in irons, the case against Flynn dismissed with prejudice, and all DOJ attorneys involved in the matter disbarred.

The question is will the judge let Mueller get away without complying with his order. Is there any consequence for Mueller?
The plus side is that this judge has dealt with Mueller in the past on the Ted Stephens case and he knows Mueller is a lying toad.

Hold Mueller in contempt and jail him until such a time as all documents are produced in full and un-redacted.

Mueller is now more powerful than the President. President Trump has the power to order Mueller to produce documents and he will not. Looks like we have a new President Mueller. This is such a joke that the entire Federal Government is pure sick shit.

Actually, what I would like is for him to be fined an amount of money equal to his net worth, be disbarred, and lose all security clearances. Let’s see how he responds when someone bankrupts him.

Yes, Mueller refused to comply with the Judge’s order, but does he know that he won’t be held accountable? Conspiracy thought: Has there been back channel communications with the Judge to make sure that the show will go on and nothing too dramatic will happen?

Mueller has the backing of our corrupt ‘administrative’ state, corrupt courts, both parties and fakestream media. Trump has NO support at all in D.C. It’s bad...really bad.
