...“as a public school” Manchester Elementary will be seek to be “inclusive and culturally sensitive to all of our students.”

The irony of her statement is breathtaking...............

IOW, the educational system shouldn't be involved in education. Thanks Red Badger.

Well ... just for her, we’ll say that the “J” is for “Jennifer”. Isn’t that special? And the red and white can be for the public university colors of the Nebraska Cornhuskers. There ... there... Jenny-kins ... feel better now?

“They have convinced her that separation of church and state means no religious influence on government policy or on government property.”

“Separation of Church and State” is not a term that appears in the constitution of the United States. It did appear in the constitution of the Soviet Union.

If anything this little statist monster’s overreach violates the First Amendment’s prohibition of the government making a law prohibiting the free practice of religion.

Sinclair — who’s in her first year as Manchester’s principal — noted in the memo that she “come[s] from a place that Christmas and the like are not allowed in schools”

So what abysmal place did she come from - return to sender!

Correct. The little brainwashed Democrats don’t know that, of course.

I remember that story I’m the Bible where people lie down candy canes for Jesus to walk on when he entered the city.

Wait no, sorry ... those were regular canes that they made the candy versions out of...

Wait no... those were PALMS

Candy CANES (so called because they’re hooked like CANES) you stupid git were made to be hung on evergreen trees - which aren’t related to Christianity either but shared with winter festivals in Germany.

Good Lord why is she still employed?! She obviously has no concept of history, let alone a proper education and she’s leading our children? No. Hell no. If I had a child in that school I’d be demanding her resignation daily for impersonating an educated person.

I’m pretty skeptical of this claim that a candy cane was/is intended as an upside down J for Jesus. Seems like one of those phony, retroactive ‘secret history of Christmas’ things that pop us every year. Not buying it.

IMHO, the separation should be: school and state.

The shape of the candy cane represents the shepherd’s crook of the bishop St. Nicholas of Myra, whose memorial is observed today, Dec. 6.

That said, if one accepts the government’s free babysitting, one accepts the government’s Christ-hating, barking moonbat bureaucrats. Happy ... uh, winter.
