I don’t know how many of the names are just newly elected, not sworn in as members of ANYTHING but they have no right to claim a district they are not yet representing. Suppose some of them DIE before they get to lie and swear to uphold the Constitution? I don’t see any great loss if that happened.. Arrest them for taking an oath under false pretenses - the lot of them!
The Chinese probably would have done that around 1450 or so if their establishment hadn’t been overthrown by a cabal of deep state operatives who decided to abolish the coin of the establishment and recall the fleets which were then expanding trade and considering colonizing east Africa.
