I believe he played the Race Card to get away with the horrific beating. Lets see how well that Race Card does with murder charges.

I would not hold my breath until he is arrested. The Democrat Party takes care of its own. Sometimes a Democrat is arrested and even tried, convicted and sentenced to prison time. But that is because in some form or fashion screwed fellow Democrats, rather than the crime[s] that were committed. Some notable examples of Democrat criminals that were/are unpunished include but are not limited to Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, Ted Kennedy. Father Time caught up with Ted and he is in rehab for his drinking problem.

Suck-up Mayor Jackson apparently hired Mason (after the murder) as a favor to Democrat Marcia Fudge, who recently challenged Pelosi as Speaker.
The simpering Fudge wrote a fawning letter on Mason's behalf and denies she pulled political strings for Mason.
Fudge stupidly claimed that media reporting of Mason's horrendous behavior, is guilty of the “traumatization and victimization of Mr. Mason's family”.

NOTE That family would not include Mason's dead wife, Aisha Fraser, whom Mason allegedly murdered.
