They are above nothing, and nobody in this country besides their own courtroom. It's time they were brought to heel.

Roberts is fixing to recuse himself from this case, which would presumably render a 4-4 decision with the lower court decision standing.
Like Sessions, Roberts is an establishment tool.
Judges are just lawyers that had enough money to bribe a politician. Right or left wing they will stick together to protect their hack profession. I’d like to see Roberts keep his nose out of something thats none of business, What he said is just embarrassing. He probably just wants to get a few Good Boy points from talking head shows by disagreeing with the president. The same people will put their foot right on his neck if he ever makes a decision they slightly disagree with though. Enjoy it while you can.
Roberts did not need to make any statement. He chose to enter the foray when he was not even called out by the President.

Sorry Mr. Roberts but doing “equal right to those appearing before them” is not the first duty of an appeals judge. The first duty of an appeals judge is to act within the powers of that court.
The appeals court in this case did not have within its powers under the law to act against the president in an immigration case or in an act of border control.
This judge was obviously acting in a partisan fashion to block the actions of this president.

There are obama judges. This is why harry changed the rules of the Senate and went nuclear. He wanted to pack the court with obama judges.

Roberts is giving us the grammar school bullshit civics lesson that all the judges are politically neutral, when we just endured a 50 year war to change the Supreme Court to end damn liberal bias.
Roberts must think we are idiots. It is precisely a foundation reason why Trump got elected - was to appoint conservative judges, and stop this madness of these hooded maniacs from thinking they are running the country.

The 9th Circuit has been the Augean Stables for decades, and it must be cleaned up. Trump has to keep going and fix the federal bench.
Roberts ought to complain about other Judges usurping the power of the President, unconstitutionally.
