Re: He’s a good “Constitutional moderate” IMO.

What are you smoking? He upheld obamacare and the blatantly Unconstitutional mandate.

Emotional subjsct!
My scale for Justices:

A Constitutional...
Conservative: never wrong
Moderate: wrong 1/100
Liberal: wrong 1/10
One of the four feudalist Constitution-despisers called ‘liberal’ by the media: wrong 99/100

But that would be unconstitutional, and we are a nation of laws: he has the right of the freedom of expression - even the right to show himself a fool.

The female news reader on FNC right now is so obviously anti-Trump in her interview about this is embarrassing. Her arrogance is dripping.

I’m glad Truml is fighting back.

Roberts was turned somehow. He might have sent an email in the 1990s they dug up to blackmail him.

Exactly correct. If non-citizens have the same standing as citizens, why would anyone want the responsibilities of being a citizen?

This does NOT mean I reject fairness or respect.

In the case of someone wanting to immigrate, fairness means “get in line” (like my wife did), and we will provide an orderly, even-handed process, and not let others cut in, bribe their way in, etc.

In the case of respect, a prospective immigrant has it, unless they do something to lose it, like violating our laws.
