The purpose of school boards is to represent the taxpayers.
Most people don’t know that and vote for educators in those positions.
The root cause must be addressed. Talk to your friends and neighbors or nothing will change.
Good question.
Yes it is. So sad to see. It hasn’t always been this blue/liberal.
Agree.
So true. Not to mention the atrocities that “Indians” committed against each other and against “whites”.
I thank God every day that I grew up back in 50’s and 60’s when this Country had some sense of sanity.
I also thank God that I won’t be around when the Republic finally implodes from this kind of insanity.
Every year I’ve voted I voted and will continue to vote “No” on any bond issues other than public works infrastructure funding.
Me too.....
That’s because Char-Meck Indoctrination centers are busy playing “Take Cover Drills” or passing out ammo.
The ABC site works for Me.
They got Rum in the Monthly Sale List.
Take a look at the huge high school campuses that Wake is building all over the county and you can see why it is a money hole. They are far grander than many college campus. Great buildings... liberal, poor teachers.
Check out Go Global NC to see how Wake county teachers support globalism not patriotism.
yes, immigrants but they had some kind of a contract. They were legally entering America.
Today we are facing undocumented aliens, illegaly entering the country.
Oh my gosh, I am laughing so hard. The fearsome Kroger Tribe. That is what I am going to tell him tomorrow when we discuss what tribe he is from. Thank you for giving me a great laugh!!!
Thankfully all of our grandchildren will be homeschooled. My younger daughter is finishing her degree in Marriage and Family from a VERY conservative private college and she has had to study the agenda of the NEA. She was on the fence about homeschooling when she had children, but at 22 years old she is appalled at what kind of goals they have put in place. Now she will one day follow my older daughter down the homeschooling road. They were homeschooled for the most part as well. It has made them into free thinkers with critical thinking skills. I am a proud momma.
They were farmers and, in Holland, mill workers. Aside from trapping a few rabbits they would not have hunted.
So based on that fact, and the region that they were living during that first Thanksgiving it is very doubtful that they ate venison,
The Indians brought five deer.
They weren't Puritans.
“We learned from her that the Apache were merely a branch of the Navajo family who were slow to take up sheep ranching.”
I was talking to an Indian and asked him what tribe he was in.
“Why - you’ll just forget anyway.”
Laughing:”Yeah, you’re right. But are you Walla-Walla?”
“That’s the white man’s name - but it is ‘Asawana’” (or something - I forget now!)
“What does that mean?”
“It means ‘the people’. All Indians are one tribe”
“Huh? - Just one tribe? What about all the different names?”
“Well - we had to have names for the other groups. You can’t be killing or taking slaves from your own! But it is one tribe - “The People”
I still find it hard to understand, but your friend’s comment about the various branches of the same family would fit that idea.
That is terrific! Way to go! Homeschooling is the hope of America!
