Why are they discussing menstruation at all?
Ah, proper terminology - a male-boy or a male-man can never ever menstruate. Remind them they may covet masculinity (boy/man) and femininity (girl/woman), and want/desire to convert themselves into the opposite of what they were blessed to be born. But each will always be truly be what they were born, either male-XY or female-XX. Nature (& God) knows what we truly are. Some males are feminine and some females are masculine, yet each is still the XY or XX because their dna does not lie.
