Election fraud is a better description, I think. These races are being stolen after Election Day has passed.
Clever criminals doing what they do. No controlling legal authority....and even then....LAWS DO NOT PROTECT YOU from criminals.

So basically the will of the people will not be allowed...unless/until the majority of the people are "them".
Our country is being systematically disassembled, sort of like a Sears bankruptcy, parts will be sold off, fake economic numbers to keep the peasants from being unruly, fake money to prop it up and keep the scam going, then...boom, gone.
...the robber barons merely find somewhere else to loot and destroy.

OTOH your analysis is also conjecture. And frankly if we just accept this without question we might be ignoring the case, now or in the future, where there is actual wrongdoing. Frankly, I'm not willing to assume there was a perfectly reasonable explanation when there's so much opportunity and so much lust for power going around. The fly in the ointment is the vote count for Governor, explain that away and prove it. I don't think it's possible to definitely prove it one way or another considering how provisional votes and early ballots are handled. Not to mention electronic voting.
Y'know, when I moved to California, there were seven other people registered to vote at my house address besides my family members. I didn't know them, they certainly didn't live there, and according to the records they had voted in all the recent elections. When I went to the polls, three of them had already voted absentee and 4 had signed in. When I asked to challenge the Republican observer laughed and said they'll just add them back in for the next election, everyone laughed at my naivety. And sure enough, next election there they were again. After that I went down to the county and filed a sworn affidavit and only the absentee voters showed up in subsequent lists. Turned out one of them was a lady who had moved to nursing home in Sacramento 20 years before, my next door neighbor remembered going to the funeral...apparently there was a scam for a while where people would run small home care operations, put the residents on permanent absentee ballots, and just "assist" the residents in voting.
My point is that reacting to a consistent pattern of vote counts for provisional votes without understanding how the process works is extremely ignorant. We went through this in 2016 with the recounts in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. If I had a dollar for every Freeper who insisted those states were going to be switched to Hillary Clinton after the recounts were done, I'd be a rich man right now ... or maybe I'd have about 35 dollars in my pocket. LOL.
Q did say that Cali and FL were the two states most monitored by DHS in their ongoing vote fraud investigation.. report due 12-21-18
