The Supreme Court already decided this issue in the President’s favor back in June of this year, in the case, Trump vs Hawaii. Yes, and the Supreme Court decided a few years ago that the Feds are in charge of immigration, not the State of Arizona. And yet, we still have "Sanctuary Cities".

This is the new Civil War. It will not be conducted with guns, but with nullification of federal law by courts and States. Only problem is that the right is not engaged in the battle.
