RULE OF THUMB
ALWAYS keep .5000000000000000000000001 of your company.
Keep it in YOUR name, not shared with wife, family, best friend, mistress etc.
ALWAYS keep the tie breaker in YOUR pocket.
Same as one must give up the ‘Closed Door Policy’ when meeting with employees, always be wired or wear a web cam or have reliable witnesses present.
In todays world of ‘people’ confused over gender etc, it shouldn’t matter who you are meeting with, keep it PUBLIC as to your own ‘safety’.

I really don’t understand the benefit of it other than using it for advertising which you have to pay for. Everything Facebook provides you can get through emails and forwarding and your privacy isn’t invaded. To me it seems like it’s nothing more than a glorified version of a telephone party line where people you do not know can listen in or in this case read your private info.
Yeah, I can’t stand Zuckerberg, but didn’t he start the company? Is he not the reason the rest of them have jobs and and share in the profits?

I just found it weird about hiring a ‘pub firm when he is a leftist.
I’m thinking Zuckerberg felt he was taking heat about not being Leftist enough, so hired his idea of some dirty (Repub) tricksters to attack the attackers.
PR firms are hired to do what you want them to do. This firm’s job was to confuse the issue by creating a false dynamic (Soros supporting Republican) to take heat off Zuckerberg for activity that the company may have done. Similar to the GPS Fusion work to create a narrative the Trump is being manipulated by the Russians and making the Russians out to be in favor of conservatives when logically they should be in favor of liberals.
