Ballots in many States have a serial number on them which can be used to catch duplicate counting. That serial number is supposedly not linked to the voter registration number.

The chain-of-custody procedure is also supposed to include multiple observers from various parties during the counting and counted ballots are supposed to be tracked in segregated lock boxes.

But - hey it's Broward County. They won't do any of those procedures there. They just mark up fresh ballots in a conference room and stuff the boxes until their candidate wins the "election". They have not even tried very hard to make the precinct totals come out right. 200% turnout? Nothing to see here.

Are these missing "entire boxes of ballots" from the few Republican precincts in Palm Beach County? Dems would win a lot less often with cheating.
