wish the Judiciary committe would work on splitting up the 9th circuit. or whatever they can do to not make it so often radical left/legislative instead of just interpreting the existing laws as it should be doing.

This is the good news from the elections, that the GOP increased the margin in the Senate. So Trump’s judge choices will continue to he confirmed. This is helping blunt the liberal hold in the federal courts.
While the Supreme Court gets the most attention, major legal precedents often come from the lower courts.
