This is the good news from the elections, that the GOP increased the margin in the Senate. So Trump’s judge choices will continue to he confirmed. This is helping blunt the liberal hold in the federal courts.
While the Supreme Court gets the most attention, major legal precedents often come from the lower courts.
Right on...The RATs are a lot sadder about not taking the Senate than gladder about taking the House.
That is not sure yet with all the "recounting" going on.
