Winning: The number of Americans on supplemental food assistance fell dramatically during POTUS Donald Trumps first two years in office and is now at its lower level since 2009.
According to Department of Agriculture which manages the food benefits, 38,845,997 Americans participated in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) as of the end of July. Thats the lowest number since 38,184,306 people were on SNAP in 2009, Breitbart reported.
Moreover, the total number of households on SNAP fell below 20 million to 19.5 million, the lowest since 2010.

And yet the folks who have benefited a lot from this have voted to put the Democrats back into the House who want to destroy everything he has done.

This is the difference between Democrats and Republicans. A Democrat measures his success by the number of people gotten onto government aid. A Republican measures his success by the number of people gotten off of government aid.

A good portion of this decline in food stamp recipients is the fear by those who are ineligible (i.e.) illegals that a paper trail will lead to their being deported.

Inflation has not kicked up and the unemployment rate hasn’t dropped nearly as much as the hiring numbers indicate it should’ve....and food stamp usage is significantly down.
All that should tell you a lot of people who were not counted as “unemployed” under Obama but who were on foodstamps are now getting jobs. Thank you President Trump.

How many are still collecting food stamp money after finding a job? The government can’t find 30 million illegals, 10 most wanted by FBI criminals, but they can keep tabs on who should stop getting food stamps? Yeah right!

I recall PSAs during the Obama years, advertising and instructing people how to sign up for SNAP. Like oh yeah no problem, its free! Funny, the actresses always seemed to sound like Black women.
