Okay, so this is more detailed about the procedure, but I’m still lost about whose names are on these ballots. Are they just dead people? As I asked in another thread, you can’t just make completely fictitious voters, can you?
So you put a bunch of people in a room to fill out ballots all day long. But whose names are on these ballots?

There are no names on the ballet so there is no way to see if a ballet is legit or not.
DID YOU VOTE ? Reason I ask is because the ballots DO NOT have the VOTER'S NAME on them. The only thing on the ballots besides the candidates names are the initials of the 'officials' (as a verification that this is a valid ballot).
I don’t know what happens in your State (keep in mind that we don’t have a national election, we have 50 State elections ending on the same date)We have secret ballets, the name is registered before you get your ballet. The ballet itself has no identifying information. The trick is to compare the number of votes against the number of people who registered at that polling place. I have to wonder if that’s being done. Of course there’s always the reliable Dem voters from the cemetery.
You have Dead voters, felons, illegal and those no longer in FL on the VOTER REGISTRATION ROLLS. Those names are put on precooked Democrat ballots. How are you going to track down every “Juan Garcia” or out of thousands with the same name? These fake votes are then mixed into the machines with real votes and are undetectable.
The only fix is to disqualify all votes not turned in when the polls closed. Provisional votes should never have been allowed.They are an invitation to cheat.
Could be everyone who didn’t vote, but is on the rolls. Could be people who are registered in several locations. Could be dead people, dogs, cats, part-time residents like students and snowbirds, who are actually registered in their home states. No names go on the ballots, but these ballots are presented as having been submitted by anyone who could have but did not actually vote. And in some cases, just added in on top (where we have seen voter turnout exceed 100% of registered voters at some times in the past).
Usually 'people who don't show up to vote' are the ones 'voted'. It's another reason the FBI should seed voter roles with fake names... then when non-existent people show up as being 'voted' you've caught democrats doing fraud.
