You can’t prove you are 35 years old without a valid birth certificate. He does not have one, thus under the Twentieth Amendment, Section Three, He is incapable of “Qualifying” as required. It was the job of Congress to name a replacement. They did not obey their duty to uphold the Constitution and thus we had an eight year usurpation of the office of President.
