Still a lot of replacing that needs to be done on the 9th Circuit. I’m glad Grassley and McConnell are ignoring the “blue slips” in this regard.

The 9th has been sitting on this. SESSIONS snitched on them to the Supreme Court. So the 9th was forced to make a decision and it will finally go to the Supreme Court.

So the president cannot end an illegal program put in place by an illegal alien pretender to the throne? The communists Democrat empire is still running most of America using the Federal Courts. And it takes years for the supreme Court to hear anything. End of America.

No surprise there but certainly frustrating, if not mind boggling, that one president can sign an EO but another cannot cancel it. Exactly. Two sets of rules - it's the stuff revolutions are made of.
