ATLANTA Georgias hotly contested and potentially historic governors race may not be over yet, with Democrat Stacey Abrams and Republican Brian Kemp awaiting the final accounting of absentee and provisional ballots.
With reported votes approaching 3.8 million, Kemp was just shy of 51 percent, but Abrams and her campaign said there were enough ballots outstanding, particularly absentee and mail-in ballots in heavily Democratic metro Atlanta counties, to bring the Republican below the majority threshold required for victory.

Not a recount. A runoff.
Under 50% trigger a runoff election in GA, not a re-count.
Who the hell they got filling them out? Workers at “The Lighthouse for the Blind”?
The dems have already been caught trying to hack the Georgia Election System, and Abrams is probably counting on that to pull it out for her.
LIES. All set up by the phony charge of “disenfranchising” they attacked Kemp with weeks ago. Those unregistered were 17 year olds and those with invalid SSNs. Then the Dems hacked Kemp’s office, baiting him into launching an investigation, which they now say is more “suppression.” Leftist radical handbook 101.
How many ballots are out? 3.914 million voted. 3.9 have been counted
That is correct. A taxpayer-funded recount can be called when the margin of difference is less than 1% of the total vote cast, and one has 50% or more.
“Trouble getting information out of Dekalb county.” My God, why inflict Democrat dirt on our nation.
Dekalb is the Democrat hot spot. Abrams will likely win the election outright by the time the finish manufacturing votes. arrrrghhhh I am spitting mad.
So far he leads with more than 1% margin.
