The report summarizes a statement from William Rand, who went to the University of North Carolina with Ford and told investigators that Ford had a very robust and active social life.

Actually in Britain it applies to both sexes.

I first heard the term when it was applied to Prince Charles’ younger brother in the 1980s ... “Randy Andy” ... *LOL* ... a punk rock band actually did a song by that name ... “My name is Andy. They call me Randy” ROTFLMAO!
